Who we are and what this notice covers

This notice covers indebase.com, IndeBase Cloud, and business correspondence. Customer agreements may add terms for a particular engagement.

Information we receive

Website hosting may process technical request information such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, timestamps, and errors. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide.

IndeBase Cloud stores account email, password hash, workspace membership, session records, connection state, authority choices, activation state, entitlement/billing state, and governed action/evidence records needed to operate the service.

Connected systems and governed work

Connecting a supported AI service, including ChatGPT or Claude where available, binds an authenticated AI connection to your workspace. Connecting HubSpot stores encrypted access credentials. Governed requests may include authorized business data, requested operations, execution results, evidence, verdicts, and timestamps.

Service providers

We use third-party providers for hosting, authentication, transactional email, and business communications. OpenAI supports the ChatGPT connection, Anthropic supports the Claude connection, HubSpot processes connected CRM data, and Stripe processes hosted billing. Other providers process information only as needed to deliver their respective services.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

The public site does not use advertising trackers or nonessential analytics cookies. IndeBase Cloud uses essential cookies for account sessions and sign-in protection. Stripe and other providers apply their own privacy practices when you use their hosted services.

Retention and security

We retain information for service operation, security, billing, troubleshooting, evidence/audit history, business records, and legal obligations. HTTPS protects information in transit, and sensitive connector credentials are handled server-side. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your requests and choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or export of personal information. Some records may need to be retained for security, billing, disputes, or legal obligations.

Children

IndeBase is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.
